This policy applies to all initial consultations conducted by Future Bound Migration consultants, including in-person, virtual, and telephone consultations.

Future Bound Migration is committed to providing expert migration advice and assistance through thorough and personalised initial consultations. Our goal is to understand each client's unique circumstances and provide tailored migration solutions.
Procedure:
Booking the Consultation:
Clients can book an initial consultation through our website, by phone, or via email.
A confirmation email with the consultation details (date, time, and mode) will be sent to the client.
Pre-Consultation Requirements:
Clients are required to complete a pre-consultation form to provide background information on their migration needs.
Clients must submit any relevant documents (e.g., passports, visas, educational certificates) at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Consultation Fee:
A fee is charged for the initial consultation. Fees are outlined on our website through the booking link.
Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
The fee is non-refundable but may be credited towards future services if the client chooses to proceed with Future Bound Migration.
Consultation Duration:
The initial consultation will last approximately 60 minutes.
Additional time may be requested but will be subject to additional charges.
Consultation Process:
The consultant will review the client's submitted information and documents prior to the meeting.
During the consultation, the consultant will:
Discuss the client's migration goals and circumstances.
Assess eligibility for various visa options.
Provide an overview of the migration process, including timelines and costs.
Answer any questions the client may have.
Post-Consultation Follow-Up:
The consultant will provide a summary of the consultation and recommended next steps within 48 hours.
If applicable, a detailed proposal for migration services will be included.
Confidentiality:
All information shared during the consultation is confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of providing migration advice.
Future Bound Migration adheres to strict privacy policies to protect client information.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure proper assessment and advice.
Clients should arrive on time for their consultation. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time.
Consultant Responsibilities:
Consultants will provide honest, transparent, and accurate advice based on the information provided.
Consultants will respect the confidentiality of all client information.
Feedback and Complaints:
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their consultation experience.
Any complaints should be directed to our support team (support@futureboundmigration.com.au) and will be addressed promptly.
Cancellations:
Our aim is to deliver timely and quality services to all our clients. Last-minute changes disrupt our schedules and inconvenience both our staff and other clients. Therefore, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines regarding cancellations:
Changes made 48 hours or more in advance: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment online via the initial booking and/or reminder emails. You will receive a refund minus our $30 cancellation fee.
Changes made less than 48 hours in advance: Please contact +61424966565 as soon as possible. Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $60 late cancellation fee.
No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of $100.
Review and Amendments:
This policy is reviewed annually and may be amended as necessary to ensure continued relevance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
